Opportunity Snapshot:

• Compensation: $38/hour, DOE
• Location: Midkiff, TX
• Work Schedule: 7/7 Night Rotation;  6pm-6am
• Assignment Duration: 12 months+

• Maintain assigned leases during the night operations
• Multitask between issues and working with shift team to solve issues and keep production online
• Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility, maintaining detailed notes of events during the shift with a special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment
• Supports and encourages team effort between shift coworkers
• Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices
• Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
• Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)

• Associates degree preferred, preferably enhanced by related technical school courses 
• Understanding flow path, troubleshooting /fixing equipment alarms
• One must be able to diagnose issues through remote surveillance tools and have a plan of action to prior to arriving on location. Must be a self starter with limited oversight
• Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap
• Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in company Operations Training roadmap
• Competent with Microsoft Office, Email educate, Navigating computer surveillance tools
• Safety orientated
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Attention to details
• Good troubleshooting and analyzing skills
• High School Diploma required
