The Bergaila Companies is currently looking to hire a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our expanding team in support of our MSP/VMS business line in Houston, Texas.  This position will support our Recruiting Team with short and long term initiatives through staffing requirements across our national customer base. 


The Technical Recruiter's primary duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Pipelining of candidates for specific client requisitions
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting of potential candidates via online job boards, internal database, and networking events
  • Responsible for 30+ outgoing calls daily to perspective candidates
  • Supporting Account Managers directly for fulfillment of active client requisitions
  • Formatting resumes for client review and submittal
  • Performing candidate interview and technical screening


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 6 months of experience in a high energy sales work environment
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing agency experience preferred
  • Experience working within VMS (Vendor Management Systems) or MSP (Managed Service Provider) programs preferred
  • Experience and ability to recruit across multiple requisitions a plus
  • Experience recruiting and placing skilled / light industrial labor a plus
  • Candidate must be self-motivated with a history of exceeding high performance standards
  • Excellent follow up, telephone, organizational and written skills
  • Strong internet search and research skills, Microsoft Office, online job board experience, and Boolean searching proficiency and experience are required
  • Full knowledge of how to use and navigate job boards, to include resume search and posting capability
  • Ability to multi task and work in fast paced and high pressure environment
  • Clear and strong communication skills, a desire for professional growth and enhancement are preferred
