  • Overview

    The Bergaila Companies are currently looking to hire new college graduates to join our expanding team as Sourcing Specialists, supporting our Recruiting operations in Houston, Midland & Anchorage.   This position will support our Recruiting Team with short- and long- term initiatives through staffing requirements across our national customer base. 

    Responsibilities

    - Partners with the Account Managers on job orders for Clients in multiple industries/regions understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search/skill set requirements.
    - Sourcing candidates - Construction, Engineering, Technicians, Commissioning, Field personnel etc.…
    - Create pipeline for future openings. Posting open positions on numerous job boards. Utilize applicant tracking system for Sourcing. Building networks with active and passive candidates. 
    - Screen candidates via phone or email for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, technical knowledge, and basic qualifications. e.… building Networks of candidates
    - Checking References and documenting candidates with a Ranking System
    - Maintaining and keeping up to date “hotsheets” with candidates by Discipline that are in effect a pre-qualified “Bench” that are available for assignment
    LinkedIn Posting of positions and connecting with potential future employees and engaging for pre-qualification
    - Extensively sourcing through resumes to find candidates, which fit all requirements of the open req by utilizing social media and job boards.
    Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies e.… internet groups, pages etc.
    - Create pipeline for future openings. Posting open positions on numerous job boards. Utilize applicant tracking system.
    - Provide weekly report of active and passive candidates, by discipline, along with ranking, to Account Manager.
    - Review weekly candidates with Account Manager and either add or drop candidates off from the list. List should be a rolling list and summary of currently available candidates, by discipline
    - Following review, prepare packages/folders with resume and summary of “this weeks Candidates”, for Drop off or email transmission, to various Hiring managers
    - Actively engaged in SOcial Media Campaign  ie...  Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Glassdoor etc.  
    - Manages job postings across Clients

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience, plus 6 months of experience in a high- energy sales work environment

    - Prior experience in a recruiting, staffing agency preferred, but not required

    - Must be self- motivated with a history of exceeding high performance standards

    - Must have excellent follow- up, telephone, organizational and written skills; must be able to multi- task and work in fast- paced and high- pressure environment

    - Strong internet search and research skills; strong working knowledge of Boolean searching 

    - Prior online job board experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office software preferred

    - Full knowledge of how to use and navigate job boards, including resume searches and job posting capabilities, a plus
