  • Overview

    We are currently seeking a CAT Coordinator for a prominent E&P based company in Minot, ND. A global Operator, our client specializes in the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas.


    The CAT Coordinator will be responsible for:


    - Provide grammatical and formatting review of technical documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. 
    - Communicate with requestor(s) and ensure product(s) are approved for publication. 
    - Ensures all technical materials are stored in the EDMS system in accordance with client's Documents Standard. 
    - Ensures all materials meet approved writing standards and templates. 
    - Distribute “notice of publication” communication to the requestor and impacted personnel. 
    - Track requests and progress through the publication process. 
    - Maintains Standard Work Instruction SharePoint site and reference materials. 
    - Assist with special projects at the request of CAT team members. 
    - Complete data analysis, metrics updates and CAT standard work instruction. 
    - Complete weekly communication (e.g., 2 Week Look Ahead) and SharePoint updates. 
    - Completes annual updates and publication of master training matrix, and competency standard profiles. 
    - Assists Records Administrator, functional CAT development and training team as requested. 
    - Attends weekly team meetings and provides updates on work assignments and progress. 

    - Additional responsibilities may be added to scope of work based on business need. 


    - High school diploma, or equivalent 

    - 0-2 Years Technical Writing Experience, preferred.
