  • Overview

    We are seeking a Facility Administrative Assistant for assignment in Los Angeles, California. The selected candidate will oversee facilities operations and act in an administrative, clerical or para-professional support role at our clients facility.


    Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm


    ** This is a part-time position, approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours if needed **


    - Provide reception support, supply ordering, greeting clients, visitors and helping with meeting setup, cleanup, and other support as requested by office staff

    - Coordinates with and provides support to other groups such as IT,HR, etc.

    - Perform advanced skills required to operate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone/reception area 

    - Responds to calls for facilities problems

    - Vendor contact

    - Management of budgets and cost management

    - Helps support office relocations or remodels

    - Office safety

    - Security

    - Badging

    - Suite maintenance

    - Monthly head counts

    - Office space planning

    - Establish constructive working relationships with business leadership


    - High School Diploma or GED

    - An advanced knowledge of Windows is required

    - 8+ years experience is preferred

    - Facilities related experience is preferred
