Responsibilities
Sourcing and recruiting candidates
Pipelining candidates for specific client requirements
Sourcing, screening and recruiting potential candidates via online job boards, internal databases and networking events.
Responsible for 30+ outgoing phone calls daily to potential and active candidates.
Supporting Account Managers directly for fulfillment of active client requirements.
Formatting resumes for client review and submittal.
Performing candidate interview and technical screening.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
5-10 years prior experience in a recruiting/staffing agency
Must be self-motivated with a proven history of exceeding high performance standards.
Must have excellent follow-up, telephone, organizational and written skills; must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace and high-pressure environment.
Strong internet search and research skills; strong working knowledge of Boolean searching.
Prior online job board experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Full knowledge of how to use and navigate job boards,, including resume searches and job posting capabilities, a plus.
