We are seeking a HSE Administrator for a contract opportunity in Williston, ND. 



Our Client is an American energy company operating principally in the U.S. and Canada, that specializes in the drilling and production of unconventional oil and natural gas assets.  Our client has a reputation for efficient resource development, environmental stewardship and community involvement, with a drive to meet the growing challenges of the domestic natural gas industry.


The purpose of this role is to provide full administrative and database computer support to out clients Health & Safety group.

- Provide administration support to Health & Safety team
- Accurately document and record information, as needed
- Prepare reports and documents for Health & Safety team
- Take minutes at meetings, as needed
- Ensure compliance and maintain Health & Safety records (computer databases including but not limited to training, driving, DOT, etc.)
- Interpret state and federal regulations and directives. Be able to understand company safety and health policies and procedures
- Assist with health & safety training database entry
- Understand safety processes (hot work, confined space entry, lockout/tag out, excavations)
- Maintain data integrity and administrative accuracy
- Possess clear, succinct and professional oral and written communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Able to work in an office environment and follow current COVID-related work environment policies


- 3 years' specific work experience and Associates degree in industrial health, safety or related, or equivalent 5-10 years’ related experience in the energy industry, with a focus on oil and gas.

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial health, safety or related is preferred

- Must have working knowledge and understanding of OSHA Regulations, worker safety, and process safety
- Must have energy industry background (focus on oil & gas preferable)
- Great communication skills with a focus on technical writing and great attention to detail
- Must have great MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook at a minimum)
