We are seeking an Electrician for assignment in Tallapoosa, Georgia.  The selected candidate will repair and maintain existing electrical systems related to Industrial Processing Equipment including controls, conduit bending and troubleshooting.

Hours are Mopnday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

** This position has a pay rate of $24/hr **

- Test continuity of circuits in electrical systems using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and ammeters to validate compatibility and safety

- Repair and maintain existing electrical systems related to Industrial Processing Equipment including controls, conduit bending and troubleshooting

- Maintain electrical controls on production devices

- Install and repair instruments, electrical systems, apparatus, and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment

- Repair industrial heating, air conditioning and refrigeration units

- Perform installation and testing of new electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings

- Coordinate and perform PMs and corrective maintenance

- Build and fabricate conduit supports to electrical systems according to engineering designs

- Run conduit, pull wire

- Install manufacturing systems

- Troubleshooting and electrical system maintenance

- Maintain and repair new and old installed electrical systems and subsystems

- Install, maintain, and/or troubleshoot basic electrical systems, motors, pumps, etc.

- Maintain and repair facility lighting and electrical systems

- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, motors, and faulty instruments and devices using hand tools or power tools

- Use stripping tools, meters, cable cutters, drill press, grinders and power hand tools

- Frequent use of forklifts, man-lifts, baskets, loaders, backhoes, and various tractors

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- 5+ years experience with industrial electrical equipment

- Completion of an industrial electrician apprenticeship program is highly preferred
