We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a part-time assignment in Columbus, Ohio. The selected candidate will primarily provide customer assistance in response to problems and related service inquiries.


Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 1:00pm  


** This position is part-time, roughly 25 hours per week **

** This position is on-site **

** This position pays $15 - $18/hr ** 


- Answer phones

- Greet Visitors

- Scan Attendance Sheets daily to appropriate personnel

- Check and sort mail

- Stocking supplies; i.e. coffee, beverages and kitchen

- Post appropriate signage at Reception desk 

- Check and stock HSE supplies

- Escort Iron Mountain when they are picking up items to shred

- Check and clean up common areas - kitchen, reception and conference rooms as needed

- Routinely clean pens at Reception desk

- Report maintenance items to appropriate personnel

- Be an onsite contact for maintenance and communicate with appropriate personnel

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds (for shipments that may come in)

- Temporary badging for visitors/staff as needed


- High School Diploma or GED

- 1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant
