We have an opening for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to work in the Houston, TX area.

- Provide FP&A and accounting support for various global Aftermarket facilities
- Manage a team of analysts, tasked with supporting various regions/facilities
- Partner with operations management to provide reporting, strategic support, and technical assistance with operational processes
- Lead group's involvement in month-end close processes (journal entries, SOX/compliance requirements, etc.)
- Presentation of monthly/quarterly performance results to operations and finance management groups
- Review and analysis of monthly actuals vs plan, forecast, and trend
- Partner with operations to develop annual plan and ongoing monthly forecast adjustments, by business line and region
- Assist in periodic internal and external audits
- Help to drive continuous improvement to develop more efficient and accurate reporting
- Assist in special assignments as needed
- Some travel may be required.
Required Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills
- 5 Years of FP&A Experience
Preferred Skills:
- CPA/MBA Preferred
- Hyperion Financial Management/Oracle Preferred
- SOX Compliance Experience Preferred
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required
- 5+ years of accounting and/or financial planning and analysis experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- High level of dedication to meeting customer requests and required time commitments
- Proven track record of results and ability to partner with all levels within the organization
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Hyperion Financial Management and/or Oracle experience a plus
