We are seeking a Licensed Architect for a contract-to-direct assignment in Manassas, Virginia. The selected candidate will provide architectural design and building code analysis support for an advanced technology facility.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** This position requires an Architectural License (any state) **

** This position requires experience with Revit **

** Candidates must be vaccinated against COVID **

- Provide architectural design and building code analysis support onsite for an advanced technology facility

- Assist with cleanroom, light industrial and manufacturing building types

- Responsible for plan layouts and technical detailing to produce design packages

- Design may occasionally include retrofit of existing buildings or spaces to accommodate manufacturing

- Use strong design capabilities, computer-based design and documentation knowledge

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture

- An Architectural License (any state)

- 5+ years of experience

- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD

- Proof of Vaccination

- NCARB registration is a plus
