We are seeking a Commercial Plumber for assignment in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will inspect and perform troubleshooting on plumbing and other systems in a large-scale commercial, industrial or manufacturing facility.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm

- Inspect major piping systems, identify operational problems and offer solutions to make permanent repairs

- Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs on Domestic Water, DWV (Drain Waste Vent), hot and chilled water, boiler condensate systems and storm drains

- Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs on acid resistant, BFP/CV (Backflow Preventer/Control Valve) and HW (Hot Water) recirculation systems

- Ability to work with copper, PVC, no-hub C.I., hub and spigot and threaded pipe

- Record work order data in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Layout/plan/develop bill of material and/or provide estimates for plumbing projects

- Perform other duties as assigned 

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- 3+ years of commercial/industrial experience with installation/repair/maintenance of plumbing systems

- Experience with various types of sewer snakes in an industrial/commercial environment

- Knowledge of Florida plumbing code
