We are seeking a Water / Wastewater Operator for assignment in Quincy, Florida. The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks in the operations and maintenance of a water/wastewater treatment plant including maintenance of equipment, quality control/testing and other day-to-day activities on an assigned shift.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm -OR- 3:00pm - 11:00pm

** This position requires a Class C Florida Water or Wastewater License; Candidates with an Operator-in-Training Certification will also be considered **

** This position has an on-call schedule **

- Running process control

- Lab operations

- General maintenance activities around the facility

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- A valid Class C Florida Water or Wastewater License

- 1+ years experience in operating water/wastewater treatment plants
