We have an opening for a Master Data Specialist to work in the Platteville, CO area.

- Performs functions Utilizing SAP and the SAP MDG (Master data governance) System including but not limited to.
- Asset maintenance and decommissioning of master data records.
- Support Business Process Teams in implementation and execution of data management processes
- Perform appropriate task from Management of change (MOC) tasks for asset management
- Perform appropriate validations to ensure accuracy of master data records
- Duties and responsibilities may be added or changed at any time at the discretion of your supervisor, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing
- Oil & Gas experience preferred
- Intermediate or expert Microsoft Office experience required
- SAP software experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Competencies:
- Strong Computer knowledge - Proficient utilizing MS Windows & Microsoft Office Suite environment
- Strong initiative and self-starter
- Moderate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Xcel - Formulas, Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Basic Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of SQL helpful but not required
- Basic knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and practices
- Basic knowledge of business communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests
- Planning, prioritization of work, and organizational skills to ensure all administrative duties are completed
