We are seeking a Handyman for assignment in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will provide commercial furniture installation and plant move operations which includes furniture set up, deliveries, reconfiguration of existing furniture as well as assisting in recycling and excessing operations.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

** This position pays $15/hr **

- Maintain the site computerized work management system

- Ensure Maximo and LMBuildings work status accuracy including time recording and log entries

- Assist in all move activities including assistance to the Facility Maintenance Services technicians with inspections and other tasks as required

- Ensure all access, resources; skills, materials and tools available prior to scheduling job to insure limited down time and increase productivity

- Assist in maintaining clean, orderly and hazard-free work areas

- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and prints, ability to do various forms of paperwork (written), possess adequate math skills commensurate with the requirements of the trade

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

- Furniture installation experience is highly preferred

- A current forklift certification is highly preferred
