We are seeking an Electrician for assignment in Groton, Connecticut. The selected candidate will conduct general maintenance inspections, perform routine electrical maintenance, respond to faults and wiring issues, and install major electrical equipment for our facility.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

** This position has a pay rate of $35 - $37/hr **

- Troubleshooting electrical issues (safety doors, limit switches, tripped circuit breakers, PLC’s)

- Maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and components including low voltage and medium voltage systems such as: chillers, variable frequency drives (VFD), emergency generators, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), panel boards, branch panels, motor control centers, and other related facilities equipment

- High School Diploma or GED

- A valid Drivers License

- A Licensed Electrician

- 5+ years experience in an Industrial or Commercial environment

- Comfortable working with high and low voltage (440/220)

- Varied electrical and mechanical experience, LOTO, NFPA 70E
